  11. PhotoGIF is not free. You may evaluate it for up to 30 days to 
  12. see if it meets your needs before registering, but if you continue
  13. to use it you must pay the appropriate registration fee. If after
  14. a maximum period of 30 days you decide that PhotoGIF does not meet
  15. your needs or you decide not to register for any other reason you
  16. must destroy all copies of PhotoGIF in your possession.

  18. Please support the shareware system. It allows companies like
  19. BoxTop and many others to provide programs at a much lower cost to
  20. you than possible by commercial distribution means, but it only
  21. works with your support.

  29. Shareware License Agreement

  31. By using this software, PhotoGIF, the user agrees to the following 
  32. terms and conditions.

  34. BoxTop Software grants the user a non-exclusive single user license 
  35. to use this software, PhotoGIF, in unregistered shareware form for 
  36. your internal business purposes only for an evaluation period of no 
  37. more than thirty days. After this evaluation period the user must 
  38. register this software by sending the appropriate payment as outlined
  39. in the "Cost & Registering Instructions" document to Kagi Shareware,
  40. BoxTop Software's payment processor, or destroy all copies of this 
  41. software in the user’s possession.

  43. You, the user, may not commercially distribute, sub-license, resell, 
  44. or otherwise transfer for any consideration, or reproduce for any 
  45. such purposes, this software, PhotoGIF, or any modification or 
  46. derivation thereof, either alone or in conjunction with any other 
  47. product or program without prior written consent of BoxTop Software. 
  48. Further, you, the user may not modify this software, other than for 
  49. your own internal business use.

  51. However, this software may be freely distributed in it's original 
  52. unmodified shareware form so long as this notice and other documentation 
  53. is included.

  55. BoxTop Software specifically grants permission for this software to be
  56. made available in its original, unmodified shareware form with all 
  57. accompanying documentation at FTP sites, both public and private; on
  58. CD-ROMs or disks included with published books or magazines at no 
  59. additional charge; by commercial online services, which may charge 
  60. a fee for download time as per their standard terms of service; from 
  61. person to person; and by all means of distribution that are not for 
  62. commercial or personal profit.

  74. warrant that the functions contained in the software will meet your 
  75. requirements, or that the operation of the software will be 
  76. uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects in the software will 
  77. be corrected. Furthermore BoxTop Software does not warrant or make 
  78. any representations regarding the use or the result of the use of 
  79. this software or any associated documentation in terms of their 
  80. correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. No oral or written 
  81. information or advice given by BoxTop software or BoxTop software 
  82. authorized representatives shall create a warranty or in any way 
  83. increase the scope of this warranty.

  86. including property damage, personal injury, intellectual property 
  87. infringement, loss of profits, or interruption of business, or for

  90. negligence), strict liability, or otherwise.
